Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2008.
I learned that I need to stand up for myself. Not that I don't defend myself. But I need to stand on my own. Need to not depend on other people to carry me along on this road that I'm choosing. Fight for what I want, and when I fall on my face, to get back up on my own two feet. And that I don't need love to live through my life. I can be just fine on my own, rather then needing someone to love me, need me, and depend on me.
